Four days, two fairs, thousands of visitors, friends, suppliers, and clients, stand D-750, dozens of novelties, an award, elaborations, lots of laughs, camaraderie… The 20th edition of Hostelco has been that and much more for us. After four years without being able to meet in the incomparable setting of this fair, these days have been like a breath of fresh air.
From Monday, April 4th, to Thursday, April 7th, we met at Fira Barcelona with dozens of distributors from all over the world, with many end users who came to our stand in search of solutions to their problems and other so many friends and colleagues that we had not seen for a long time. We had the opportunity to present all our novelties to them: the new veg prep machines and cutters Compact line, the new AX-UX ware washing ranges and the SmartVide X the latest generation sous-vide cooker.
In addition, our friends of Fleischmann’s Cooking Group prepared the most cutting-edge elaborations and tastings for us using our sous-vide solution. They have also shown how the new (even more) perfect cut of the new Compact veg prep machines is and prepared guacamole and hummus with the preset programs of the new Compact cutters.
Best product of the year HOSTELCO AWARDS 2020
Moreover, together with our colleagues from Janby Digital Kitchen we have been awarded at the HOSTELCO Awards 2020 with the Best Product of the Year award. The complete solution to cook and regenerate, Janby Track, has been considered the best product in the hospitality sector. We can’t be more proud and grateful for this recognition that invites and reinforces us to continue innovating and working for a better kitchen.
